The current website does not set cookies or use browser storage to remember or track visitors. It has no contact form and does not ask you to enter lottery numbers or personal information.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process limited technical and security data in server logs to operate, protect and diagnose the service.

If you contact us

When our email contact service is available, correspondence may include your email address, name, message and any information you choose to send. We use it to answer your enquiry, investigate an error or accessibility issue, and keep track of its resolution.

For routine enquiries, our intended lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and maintaining a useful, accurate website. Where we must handle information to meet a legal obligation, such as an applicable data-rights request, that obligation is the basis for the processing.

Only send information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send ticket barcodes, passwords, bank details or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification process has been explained.

How long is information kept?

The appropriate period depends on whether the matter remains open, whether the record is needed to explain a correction, and whether a legal retention requirement applies. Unneeded identifying information should then be deleted or anonymised.
